Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tincyglo's website, mobile app, and API (together, the 'Service'). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the Service
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
2. Not a medical device
Tincyglo provides skincare guidance based on AI analysis of user-submitted images. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always consult a licensed dermatologist for medical concerns.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Enterprise agreements are governed by a separate order form.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to upload images of anyone without consent, reverse-engineer our models, or exceed API rate limits in ways that degrade service for others.
5. API & developer terms
Use of the REST API and SDKs is subject to the rate limits and usage policies published on our Developers page. We may suspend API access for abuse or non-payment.
6. Intellectual property
Tincyglo retains all rights to the Service, its models, and its brand assets. You retain ownership of images you submit, subject to the license you grant us to process them and provide the Service.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tincyglo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
